Pricing & Fees

Processing fees are charged by FormFlow. State filing fees are set by each state's Secretary of State and passed through at cost. All fees are displayed before checkout. State fees are non-refundable once submitted.

Refund Policy

If we have not yet submitted your filing to the state, you may request a refund of our processing fee within 48 hours of ordering. Open support chat on our website or message us through your customer dashboard.

Limitation of Liability

FormFlow's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for delays caused by state agencies, incorrect information you provide, or business decisions made based on our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
